Job Description
Designation: HR Placement CoOrdinator
Location: Koramangala Bangalore
No. of Opening: 1
Experience: 13 years in HR Placement domain (EduTech Experienced Preferred)
Job Type: Fulltime
Salary 25k40k per month (as per experience)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with companys department heads and HR managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Stay informed about the companys hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain toplevel relationship with company HR.
- Build and maintain a network in the industry of Life science CRO IT Sector Pharma Hospitals and health care.
- Facilitate interviews and manage the placement process from start to finish.
- Foster strong relationship with the corporate industry.
- Excellent Communication skill and corporate talks as the position requires communicating with various levels of senior management.
- Excellent email writing skills
