Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Retention Manager for accelerating the core growth metrics (DAU MAU crosssell and upsell) and user numbers for merchant business.
The role specifically focuses on initiatives planned through CRM channels Push Whatsapp SMS Email Inapp.
If you are passionate about mobile and web apps with a penchant towards marketing campaigns love extreme attention to content & design detail and care about how your work impacts millions of users daily we want you!
Requirement:
Configure and implement all planned campaigns and ensure timely golive as per planned marketing calendar
Work with central design and marketing team to create highly engaging creative and content to optimize CTR and conversions
Designing and carrying out experiments and A/B testing to optimize conversion across the user funnel
Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics using marketing analytics tools
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including design traffic and business to ensure alignment and effective
Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
3 to 5 years experience with marketing and web analytics tools like CleverTap Moengage Mix panel or inhouse tools
Bachelors degree with at least 35 year experience in a digital marketing executive or similar role
Proven experience with large scale digital campaigns across inapp and other marketing
channels
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
