Location: Malta (Hybrid)
Shift: Rotational Basis

Your Role: As a Customer Support Specialist 70 of your role):

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally via email or live chat (no phone calls).

Provide accurate clear and complete information using the right tools and methods.

Meet customer support targets and ensure satisfaction.

Make decisions based on company policies and guidelines.
-
Flag policy violations and fraud cases using internal tools.
Requirements:
-
Native Dutch speaker with intermediate English (B2 level).

Basic technical skills (Microsoft Office Excel Word) are a plus.

No prior experience required we value your passion for improving the digital world!

Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick accurate decisions.

Positive attitude adaptability and eagerness to learn.
