Job Title: Marketing & Business Development Apprentice
Location: Remote (Europe Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 2200 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday Flexible Europe Time Zone

The company is looking for an entrylevel highly motivated individual to support marketing customer communication and business development efforts.
Position Overview:
This Marketing & Business Development Apprentice role is designed for someone eager to learn and take on a variety of responsibilities in marketing business development and AIdriven automation. No prior experience is required just a proactive mindset strong communication skills and a willingness to experiment research and problemsolve.
The first 36 months will focus on:
- Researching and implementing AI tools to automate processes.
- Responding to inbound emails and engaging with clients.
- Supporting business development initiatives such as outreach and partnerships.
- Assisting with marketing and promotions (ideas content creation and .
- Setting up systems and workflows to improve efficiency.
- After six months the role will evolve based on the candidates strengths and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and implement AI tools to streamline workflows.
- Handle email communication and client interactions professionally.
- Assist with marketing campaigns content and promotional initiatives.
- Support business development through outreach and followups.
- Identify and test automation strategies for repetitive tasks.
- Contribute to the growth and efficiency of the companys operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Highly coachable with a hunger to learn and grow.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a selfstarter mentality.
- Comfortable with research experimentation and trying new tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI and automation tools (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work independently and proactively without constant supervision.
NicetoHaves:
- Knowledge of another European language (French Italian German or Spanish).
- Passion for craft industries (craft beer coffee natural wines artisanal foods etc..
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar productivity tools.
