We are seeking a Customer Retention Specialist to join our team in the Financial Services industry. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience and a strong background in sales sales channels and Salesforce administration. As a Customer Retention Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to retain and grow our customer base. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling as well as collaborating with the Salesforce administrator to optimize our customer retention processes.
