Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial forecasting budgeting and strategic financial planning.
Oversee preparation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Manage cash flow treasury and working capital.
Mentor and lead the finance team ensuring high performance.
Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decisionmaking.
Implement financial controls and manage risk.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting; CA CFA preferred.
8 years of finance experience with 3 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting and forecasting.
Leadership and excellent communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
