Were looking for an experienced Finance Director to help drive our growth keep us financially sharp and make a real impact.
This isnt your average FD role. We need someone commercially savvy whos happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the daytoday running of finance because in a growing business everyone pitches in. Youll be a key player in shaping our financial strategy optimising our operations and supporting our longterm vision. And if youre keen to take on more operational responsibilities in the future Even better.

What Youll Be Doing
- Owning our financial strategy ensuring we scale in a way thats sustainable profitable and aligned with our longterm vision.
- Leading financial planning & analysis providing accurate forecasting budgeting and datadriven insights to support smart decisionmaking.
- Keeping cash flow healthy optimising working capital ensuring financial resilience and securing funding when required.
- Driving operational efficiency reviewing and improving financial processes to reduce costs minimise risk and boost performance.
- Managing financial compliance ensuring we meet all regulatory requirements tax obligations and financial reporting standards.
- Optimising revenue and cost structures identifying opportunities to improve pricing models reduce unnecessary spend and increase profitability.
- Providing commercial insight working closely with other teams to assess business opportunities understand risks and support growth initiatives.
- Building a highperforming finance function leading and developing our small but mighty finance team to keep things running smoothly.
What Were Looking For
- A seasoned finance leader youll be fully qualified (ACA ACCA CIMA) with solid experience in a Finance Director (or similar) role.
- A commercial thinker youve got a track record of balancingfinancial discipline with business growth. Youll be innovative and interested in the commercial story behind our numbers.
- A handson operator were a small collaborative team so while youll be leading from the front you wont be afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in on finance admin and operations as needed.
- A strong communicator able to translate financials into plain English for nonfinance teams and compelling stories for external stakeholders.
- An adaptable problem solver you thrive in a fastpaced scaling business. Experience in proptech insurtech or fintech would be a big plus
