Position: Urologist
Location: Florence AL
Job Type: Fulltime
Seeking a BoardCertified or BoardEligible Urologist to join busy andwellestablished urology program. This opportunity offers flexibility inpractice structure a collaborative team environment and access to advancedtechnology including two da Vinci Xi surgical robots. Site offers academicengagement through its Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residency programs.
Practice Highlights:
- Choose between a hospitalemployed position or private practice model
- Access to two da Vinci Xi surgical robots in a stateoftheart facility opened in 2018
- Opportunity to develop a general or subspecialtyfocused urology practice
- Balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Call schedule: 10 days per month primarily phoneonly call
- Opportunity to participate in resident education and teaching
Compensation & Incentives:
- Competitive base salary with wRVU productivity incentives
- Generous signon bonus (up to $75K) or residency stipend $2K/month for up to 24 months)

Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Eligible for Alabama medical licensure
