On-Call Shift Schedule: 24-Nov to 28-Nov 5p 8a; 27-Nov to 30-Nov 24-hour call (8a 8a)

Call Type: Beeper

Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Support Staff Available: 1 PA MAs assigned

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

Credentialing Timeline: 30 days

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Rate: TBD

Travel Lodging and Malpractice Insurance covered

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Clinic vasectomy

Infant circumcision

Surgeries in OR (3 4 per day)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active Arizona license or IMLC accepted

Board: BC/BE in Urology

DEA: Active DEA Certification

Experience: Minimum 1 year in specialty

Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Cerner EMR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinic coverage and perform 10 15 procedures weekly

Perform 3 4 surgeries per day in the OR

Participate in night and 24-hour call coverage

Consult and coordinate care with available support staff

Complete all documentation using Cerner EMR
