Job Description
- Bachelor s Degree IT ComSci Informatics or Engineering 10 years)
- 510 years of functional experience in the relevant business function
- Experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on management objectives.
- Knowledge of Governance frameworks such as King IV PoPI & GDPR
- Knowledge of IT service management / service control / enterprise architecture processes methodologies & frameworks such as ITIL COBIT TOGAF.
- Provide a face from IT into the business with the intent of enhancing the business function s capability through enabling business processes reducing complexity and improving datadriven decisionmaking.
- Contribute to the business partner leadership team by actively partnering with business peers to determine and articulate strategic direction
- Shape business demand into supply by partnering with appropriate business resources to facilitate ideation and the development of business cases and value plans with a focus on continuous business improvement
- Work closely with SA Commercial IT Business Analysts to ensure that business demand is addressed effectively and sensibly
