Position Overview:
We seek a clinically active progressive leader to provide oversight to the strategic development and implementation of the quality and patient safety programs. Reporting to the Regional VP Medical Affairs and in collaboration with the System Chief Quality Officer the Medical Director is a member of the Regional Executive Leadership Team. As part of the regional Quality leadership dyad with the Director of Quality the Medical Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing and advancing quality improvement initiatives within the hospital and region. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing patient care and safety.
