Job Description

Join Our Team as a Virtual Executive Assistant

Were in search of a Virtual Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing essential support to ensure smooth operations and success.

Our main focus lies in providing exceptional logistics services with a specialization in parcel delivery to residential and commercial locations.

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Freelance Fulltime 42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
  • Schedule: 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am2:30 pm Manila time) must be flexible to shifting schedule.
  • Location: ONSITE in Quezon City Eastwood
  • Compensation: Up to PHP40000 all in monthly salary negotiable based on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the company
  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO managing all general administrative tasks
  • Attend meetings with the CEO documenting minutes and key takeaways
  • Manage email correspondence and other communication channels for the CEO
  • Monitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communications
  • Create and analyze reports using advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Assist with data analysis and process development using Excel and other tools
  • Perform personal assistant duties for the CEO including travel arrangements and appointment scheduling
  • Undertake additional operational and personal tasks as assigned


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for handling confidential information
  • Knowledge of business accounting is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Energetic selfstarter capable of working independently
