Job Description
- Customer & Supplier Coordination Act as the primary liaison between customers suppliers and transportation teams to execute supply chain solutions.
- Transportation Planning & Scheduling Work with suppliers to schedule pickup windows and transportation routes while maintaining delivery timelines.
- Shipment Monitoring & Issue Resolution Manage communications regarding missed appointments shipment refusals and scheduling conflicts with carriers.
- Data Management & Reporting Maintain and update company and client databases tracking shipment performance and transportation metrics.
- Compliance & Process Improvement Follow ISO9001 quality standards ensuring all workplace processes and reporting functions meet compliance requirements.
- Weekend Coverage (Rotational Basis) Provide customer support on a rotating weekend schedule as assigned.
Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- 35 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry preferably in dispatch or customer service.
- 12 years of experience working onsite at a customer location preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Outlook Excel).
- Excellent data entry accuracy and reporting skills.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with customers suppliers and transportation teams.
- Multitasking & ProblemSolving:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks troubleshoot scheduling issues and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications & Requirements Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry, preferably in dispatch or customer service. 1-2 years of experience working on-site at a customer location preferred.
