Job Description
WHAT YOULL DO
As a Social Media Specialist & Content Creator you will be the creative powerhouse infusing your passion for social media into every piece of content making sure we stay ahead of trends produce captivating and entertaining content that sparks engagement conversations and connection with our community and target audience. You will also oversee the content planning and publishing as well as the tracking and reporting of organic social media content.
- Ideate and plan and sometimes produce and edit entertaining social media content for TikTok and Instagram based on H&M Beautys commercial plan.
- Research and contract talented content creators for content production including briefing and feedback to ensure alignment with H&M Beautys visual identity.
- Ensure all content is on brand and aligned with the companys objectives and target audience.
- Manage social media accounts including scheduling and publishing posts and monitoring and optimizing content performance.
- Interact with our community by actively engaging with our followers and participating in relevant conversations (alongside our customer service team).
- Collaborate with the marketing team as well as crossfunctionally to ensure the campaign process and deadlines are followed.
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
You will collaborate with a dynamic and creative marketing team working closely with content creators customer service and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful communication across all channels.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with
- Experience in community management for TikTok and Instagram.
- Content ideation and creation preferably from a similar industry.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of InDesign Photoshop and Excel.
- Excellent knowledge of photo and video editing (Adobe CC).
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with various teams towards common goals.
And people who are
- Passionate about and experienced with the TikTok platform.
- Up to date with the latest social media/beauty trends and features leveraging industry best practices to reach and grow the young beauty customer.
- Communicative structured and flexible.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attentive to color shape lighting and details.
- Agile and handson in their working approach quick to action and appreciative of varied tasks.
- Curious openminded and humble enjoying working with different people and functions always seeing possibilities and improvements.
- Problemsolving and adaptable to new and sometimes undefined conditions.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This is a fulltime position located in the new H&M Beauty office at Jakobsbergsgatan in Stockholm city center.The role requires flexible working hours including sometimes part evenings and weekends which will be compensated for with flexibility at other hours. We offer an exciting international and passionate work environment.
