Job Description

Your main mission as a Finance and Admin Apprentice will be to work closely with the Sales Marketing team as well as the Finance and Legal departments to support financial operations administrative processes and compliance with internal policies. You will assist in budget tracking invoicing contract management and ensure smooth coordination between commercial and support functions to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

You will contribute to the smooth of financial processes assist in budget tracking and help optimize administrative workflows. Given the companys international scope you will support financial and administrative tasks across multiple markets to ensure global alignment. Your role will be essential in ensuring accuracy efficiency and compliance with internal and external financial procedures.

Under the supervision of the Finance and Admin Coordinator you will be responsible for:

1. Financial and Administrative Monitoring

  • Verify payment terms and ensure proper receipt of payments.
  • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of delivery dates and associated payments.
  • Contribute to the optimization of financial and administrative processes.

2. Legal Monitoring and Contract Management

  • Manage and track JIRA tickets related to legal aspects.
  • Support the legal team in reviewing and validating contracts (clients events etc.
  • Organize and store contractual documents for easy access on SharePoint.

3. Budget Monitoring and Reporting

  • Monitor the budget in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Ensure consistency between budget forecasts and actual expenses.
  • Contribute to the improvement of budget tracking tools.

4. Team Coordination

  • Work closely with internal team and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination at all stages.

Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of finance/accounting and administrative management.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Analytical mindset attention to detail and a structured approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
