Job Description

The Discovery Internship Program will enable you to discover the most trusted sustainability intelligence platform and see how the different teams are working together in a  truly CSR business environment. Position description 

Were looking for a passionate and driven intern to join our HR Operations & Recruitment Teams for a 4month Internship Program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain handson experience in HR processes recruitment administration and employee lifecycle management while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Key Responsibilities HR Operations:

  • Support General HR Activities: Assist in a variety of HR tasks contributing to smooth and efficient operations.

  • Assist with Onboarding: Support the administrative process for onboarding activities helping to create a positive new hire experience.

  • Help Maintain Employee Records: Assist in keeping employee files accurate and up to date following internal policies and regulations.

  • Benefits Management: Support benefits administration by verifying claims across APJ countries and handling group insurance enrollments and terminations

Key Responsibilities Recruitment:

  • Support in the Recruitment Cycle: Support endtoend in the recruitment cycle from CV screening for entrylevel positions to making sure all candidates receive feedback for pipeline clearance. 

  • Assist with Onboarding: Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to support onboarding logistics for new hires. 

  • Reference Checks: Support recruitment general administration and reference checks to contribute to a seamless candidate experience. 


Qualifications :

  • Current University Student: Eligible for an onsite internship with the ability to establish an internship agreement.

  • Passion for CSR and Sustainability: A strong interest and commitment to CSR  and sustainability initiatives.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to convey ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Proactive and SolutionOriented: Creative approach to problemsolving and a proactive mindset.

  • Adaptability & Resilience: Willingness to learn and adapt in a multicultural and collaborative environment. 

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks meet deadlines and handle multiple projects. 

  • DetailOriented: Attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information ensure accuracy and maintain compliance across HR systems and processes. 

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.


Additional Information :

  • Beginning: June 2025
  • Location: Hong Kong
  • Working Hours: 3 days per week
  • You must be living and studying in the location advertised
  • Office attendance is expected
