Provides exceptional administrative support to stakeholders and effectively handles but not limited to Travel Bonaparte and administrative deliverables of the assigned entity.
- Travel Management: Ticket reservation hotel reservation rental/car/transportation arrangement expense reporting (not limited to travel will include expense report for events meetings luncheon etc. and visa and passport processing.
- Finance/Budget Management (e.g. Bonaparte MyiBuy): creating Bonaparte request including monitoring and follow ups to corresponding stakeholders purchase order monitoring vendor accreditation and department budget monitoring
- BZO/WCMS Management: Maintain business entity portfolio in BZO/Bosch Intranet page
- All administrative tasks: Scheduling and coordination of team events recruitment coordination other workon management PowerPoint layout consolidation of team slides and or minutes of meetings
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year experience with Team/Virtual Assistant
- Organizational Abilities
- Efficiently prioritizes manages and delivers the tasks/projects in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and creative skills
- Communication skills
- Conveys information or ideas to the clients and other stakeholders both written and verbal in a comprehensively
- Technological Proficiency advantage
- Understand of technological trend such as communication platforms or tools and adept to utilizing these tools for seamless collaboration and better output/productivity
- Excellent Communication both written and verbal
