What Youll Do:
- Run preset confirmed appointments with homeowners no cold calling or door knocking.
- Deliver consultative inhome presentations using a proven sales system.

Close highticket sales on the first visit using a needsbased approach.

Use your emotional intelligence and communication skills to build trust and rapport.

Close preset leads from a welldeveloped sales pipeline
Track your KPIs NSLI using our CRM and performance tracking tools.

MustHave Qualifications:
- Strong inhome or B2C sales background preferred (but we train coachable people!

Excellent communication persuasion and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage your schedule stay organized and meet sales goals.

Proficient in CRM systems and comfortable using tech to manage appointments.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $85000 $300000 per year 100 commission with uncapped earning potential
