Job Summary (List Format):
- Analyze identify and recommend process improvements and data optimization in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Develop and maintain process-related documentation such as workflows job aids and internal procedures.
- Collaborate across HR disciplines to gather information analyze data and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics (trends response times quality article visits etc.) and prepare monthly/quarterly presentations for leadership; propose improvements based on data review.
- Assist in reviewing and transitioning processes to the HR Service Center (HRSC) including leading meetings identifying gaps and creating department-specific documentation.
- Maintain and update HRSC Knowledge Base articles within ServiceNow; collaborate with authors to enhance and approve content.
- Participate in and may lead process improvement projects and related meetings.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for new system enhancements updates and bug fixes.
- Update documentation and train team members on process changes resulting from system enhancements or upgrades.
- Support the HR Metrics & Reporting Manager with various job functions.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Visio for process mapping.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
