Job Description

Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HRrelated functions including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and compliance. A key requirement for this role is proficiency in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment and talent management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Utilize Manatal to manage endtoend recruitment from job posting to candidate tracking.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent across all business functions.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.

  • Conduct interviews and manage candidate evaluation processes.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.

  • Oversee employee records contracts and payroll coordination.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Manage employee benefits compensation structures and workplace policies.

Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems.

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.

  • Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Conduct training programs for leadership development and career growth.

HR Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain Manatal for accurate employee and candidate data tracking.

  • Generate HR analytics and reports to aid decisionmaking.

  • Implement technologydriven HR solutions to optimize workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

  • 3 years of experience in HR management preferably in financial services or investment firms.

  • Handson experience with Manatal (musthave).

  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
