The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HRrelated functions including talent acquisition employee relations performance management and compliance. A key requirement for this role is proficiency in our applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment and talent management processes.
Utilize Manatal to manage endtoend recruitment from job posting to candidate tracking.
Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent across all business functions.
Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions.
Conduct interviews and manage candidate evaluation processes.
Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines.
Oversee employee records contracts and payroll coordination.
Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
Manage employee benefits compensation structures and workplace policies.
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.
Address employee concerns and foster a positive workplace culture.
Conduct training programs for leadership development and career growth.
Maintain Manatal for accurate employee and candidate data tracking.
Generate HR analytics and reports to aid decisionmaking.
Implement technologydriven HR solutions to optimize workflow.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
3 years of experience in HR management preferably in financial services or investment firms.
Handson experience with Manatal (musthave).
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
