David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company who are looking to recruit a German speaking Customer Support Representative for their offices in Romania.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking services (no email or chat support).
- Provide assistance to clients with various banking card issues including blocking and unblocking cards as well as managing fraudrelated cases.
- Ensure that all client concerns are addressed in a timely professional and accurate manner.
- Record and document all interactions with clients in accordance with company procedures.
- Offer clear and effective solutions while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication as well as English fluency (B2.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Being proactive and dynamic in how you deal with customers
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive customer information.
