Position: Customer Success Representative

Salary up to 1400 USD plus commission based on sales performance.

About the role:
We are looking for two enthusiastic and customerfocused Customer Success Representatives to join our team. This is a remote role based in South Africa working in alignment with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in a fastpaced environment assisting with various customerrelated tasks and contributing to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and professionally.
- Scheduling and Support: Manage customer appointments including scheduling and coordinating with the parts department for timely service.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with upselling and following up on estimates to help maximize revenue opportunities.
- Service Titan Usage: Use Service Titan software to manage calls track customer data and ensure accurate recordkeeping of all customer interactions.
- Permit and Documentation: Process necessary permits and support documentation as required by the company.
- HighPressure Environment: Perform efficiently under pressure during peak AC season (May October) while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work alongside other team members including management to improve customer satisfaction reduce churn and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of customer service experience preferably in a highpressure environment.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using basic computer systems and CRM tools (such as Service Titan Salesforce Zendesk etc..
- Sales Abilities: Ability to upsell and follow up on estimates; basic sales skills are a plus.
- Personality: Motivated outgoing and able to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive demeanor.
- Multitasking: Strong multitasking abilities in a fastpaced setting ensuring all tasks are completed on time and with attention to detail.
- Remote Work: Must be able to work remotely from South Africa while aligning with EST business hours.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience: Familiarity with the AC industry or similar technical fields.
- Language: English
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with software tools used for customer service or call management.
