What you will be doing
With the obvious current need for RollsRoyce to safeguard its aftermarket revenues we have an opportunity for a Excluded Service Billing Central Lead to join the Customer Responsible Charges (CRC) team in the Services Finance Organisation.
The CRC team manages the process of ensuring that we quickly and effectively define and recover cash owed to RollsRoyce by our Care customers in relation to excluded services provided during engine maintenance activities. This typically amounts to several hundred million dollars each year.
You will have a unique opportunity to gain a breadth of experience and knowledge of the way we interact with our customers and our global maintenance network. You will have regular interaction with the Customer Regional Teams the Services Organisation the Finance Organisation and ultimately with our customers themselves. You will report to the Head of Excluded Services Billing within Services Finance.
Given the current focus on Free Cash Flow in the company the CRC team is enjoying a particularly high profile within the Finance Services and Commercial functions. As such this role presents an excellent opportunity for a dynamic driven individual who is looking to enhance their reputation in the company.
