Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for all scheduling and planning activities as per contract requirements or Client Requirements. And translate the scope of work of the project into activities and prepare and update project progress reports.

About the Role:
- Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Identify critical paths resource requirements and key milestones for solar power plant activities
- Integrate civil mechanical electrical and commissioning timelines into a unified project schedule
- Coordination and Communication:
- Act as a bridge between engineering procurement and site execution teams
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders vendors subcontractors and consultants
- Support project manager in daily coordination and reporting tasks
- Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track project progress and update schedules based on actual site data
- Generate and present daily weekly and monthly progress reports
- Identify delays bottlenecks and risks; recommend mitigation measures
- Documentation and Control:
- Maintain documentation of all planning-related activities and revisions
- Ensure version control and consistency across planning and reporting tools
- Assist in preparation of S-curves dashboards resource histograms and recovery plans
- Budget and Resource Planning Support:
- Assist in aligning project schedule with procurement plans and budgets
- Support in manpower material and equipment resource forecasting
About You:
- Bachelors degree in civil Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Prior experience in project planning or coordination roles and atleast 2 years of experience in solar power plant or renewable energy projects
- Proficient in Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel
- Knowledge of EPC project lifecycles especially solar PV systems
- Strong skills in project scheduling progress tracking and resource planning
- Familiar with civil mechanical and electrical scopes in solar construction
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication team coordination and time management skills
- Certification in project planning or construction/project management is an advantage
- Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills
