Role: Export Inside Sales Representative

As an Export Inside Sales Representative you will be at the heart of our clients international commercial activity ensuring seamless administrative management of offers and export orders. Youll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by providing efficient support and coordination across various departments.

What youll do:

  • Order and Offer Management: Track input and update client records using our CRM system.
  • Customer Relations: Proactively follow up with clients and handle incoming calls to maintain effective communication.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to guarantee flawless order processing.
  • Commercial Support: Manage material allocations and ensure compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

What you need to be successful:

  • Proficiency in office tools (Word Excel) CRM/ERP software similar to Invex and knowledge of product standards (ASTM ISO).
  • Strong organizational skills attention to detail versatility and excellent customer relationship abilities combined with a strong business acumen.
  • Fluency in business Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
