Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Calculate The Customers Bill Using The Dealerships Computer System
- Meet with upper management on a regular basis to discuss current and proposed fleet
- Plan direct and monitor the preparation of returned vehicles for the next rental to ensure compliance with established quality assurance standards. Ensures all quality assurance standards are met.
- Ensure department records/reports are printed on a daily basis and filed accordingly.
- Receive Cash Checks and Credit Card Payments From Customers and Record The Amount Received On The Repair Order and/or Counter Ticket
- Make Change Accurately and Issue Receipts To Customers
- Answer Phones and Direct Consumer To The Proper Department And Follow Up In A Timely Manner
- Handle Customer Complaints Diplomatically and Refer Complaining Customers To The Appropriate Individual for Resolution
- Filing (Service Repair Orders Parts Counter Tickets Car Deal Files Hard Copies)
- Other Duties or Tasks As Requested or Required

REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior Automotive Experience Preferred But Not Required
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
- Valid Drivers License
- Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability To Learn Other ComputerBased Tools For ClientFacing and A Majority Of Roles
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
