- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidates qualifications ensuring they meet the specific skill sets required in the manufacturing sector.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and highturnover positions within the manufacturing facility.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to analyse hiring trends timetofill and other key performance indicators to improve the recruitment process.
