Job Description
- Support for Health Safety and Environment department documentation such as Newsletter brochures / leaflets etc.
- Support for events
- Preparing weekly report summary for Department
- Support in doing Admin tasks for HSE
- Coordinate and support for HSE meetings
- Assisting HSE associates in taking simple actions / tasks
- Support in digitizing and transforming EHS training materials
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate Student / Master program student Faculty: Environmental Engineering or Biology
- Good knowledge of English is a plus
- Excellent computer operating skills (Microsoft Excel Word Power point)
- Communication and teamorientation
- Reliable and good working attitude
