As a Housekeeping Supervisor your attention to detail will show the Housekeeping team that you are committed to providing luxury Guest experiences. Starting Rate: $23.19 per hour
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $27.82.
Job Duties Include:
Ensure service excellence through inspections VIP arrivals and addressing guest concerns.
Coach train and manage team performance fostering a motivated and highperforming team.
Oversee daily housekeeping tasks maintenance reporting and adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
Manage supplies deep cleaning initiatives and special projects such as renovations.
Work closely with other departments to ensure efficiency guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel housekeeping environment.
- Strong training and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop team members.
- Experience with Hotel Property Management Systems specifically Oracle.
- Familiarity with Amadeus (HotSOS) Housekeeping Software is a plus.
- Proactive with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Strong organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly convey information and ideas to others.
- Quick decisionmaking ability with a capacity to evaluate and choose the best course of action.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fastpaced highstress situations.
- Skilled at listening understanding and resolving concerns or issues raised by coworkers and guests.
- Capable of performing duties with attention to detail efficiency accuracy and a cooperative attitude with minimal supervision.
Additional Information :
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
