Your Role as a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health
- Assess physical psychosocial and environmental patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct initial and followup evaluations to monitor progress
- Provide education and support to patients families and care teams
- Collaborate with physicians supervisors and facility staff
- Supervise LPNs and Behavioral Health Aides
What You Bring to the Team
- Active unrestricted RN license in the state
- 1 years of clinical nursing experience
- Ability to travel within the branch/office coverage area 50
- Reliable transportation with valid drivers license and auto insurance
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Previous experience in Home Health Hospice or Behavioral Health (Preferred)
