Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this position.Compensation and Benefits:Covenant offers extremely competitive base compensation follow MGMA guidelines and are based on training/fellowship and experience (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.Productivity and incentive bonusesPossible loan repayment a training stipend etc. Professional liability coverageDental and visionShort and longterm disabilityLife insurancePaid CME the practice assumes some of the physicians expenses such as membership in one organization renewal of licenses etc.Paid time off for CME holidays sick vacation etc.The initial contract is two years (with a 30day out clause for the physician). After that the contract is annual with a wRVU productivity model. Certification RequirementsBoard CertifiedBoard EligibleState License RequirementsMichiganAdditional License RequirementsNote experience with laparoscopic/robotic techniques
