Job Description
BHS Corrugated a global leader in manufacturing and technologydriven solutions is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to enhance operational efficiency and drive process improvements. In this role you will analyze workflows identify inefficiencies and implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize productivity. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to improve manufacturing processes reduce waste and support a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates MUST live in the Charlotte (or surrounding area) or be willing to relocate.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing and operational processes to increase efficiency.
- Implement Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement strategies.
- Identify bottlenecks and develop datadriven solutions to enhance productivity.
- Lead and support process improvement projects ensuring longterm success.
- Train and engage employees in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on process improvement progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Operationsor a related field.
- Experience in process improvement lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead teams and drive organizational change.
- Techsavvy with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
