Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Property Investment Consultant to join our team. As a Property Investment Consultant you will be responsible for providing aspiring investors with expert advice and guidance to help them make informed decisions when purchasing investment properties. Your role will involve call customers building relationships to understand their needs and situation and offering recommendations tailored to individual investors goals and financial capabilities. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of real estate trends excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients achieve their investment objectives.
Responsibilities
- Supporting a portfolio of clients to accomplish their property investment objectives across the endtoend investing process
- Onboard clients and provide them with information on the methodology and process and understanding their investment objectives
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Resolve all client queries actively promptly and with high energy keeping them updated through the process
- Present property opportunities to the client
- Share and discuss facts and research about the market area/suburb and properties to educate and upskill clients supporting their decision process
Requirements
- Immaculate presentation and communication skills
- A team player with a can do attitude
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Have an understanding of the endtoend residential sales due diligence and settlement process
- Have a talent for relationshipbuilding and be able to confidently guide and support clients through the property purchasing process
- Have an interest in data and technology enjoy thinking about the bigger picture and create solutions to problems within developing business
- Be able to think outside the box be analytical proactive and solutionsfocused
