Job Title: Internal or Family Medicine Physician
Location: Bellingham Hopkinton and Milford MA
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Description:We are expanding our team and looking to add 2 more healthcare providers to our 7 clinics in the Bellingham Hopkinton and Milford area. Join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in our community with a schedule that supports a worklife balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to 1821 patients per day.
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
- Work closely with scribes and dedicated officebased support staff.
- Collaborate with nurse case managers social workers and behavioral health support specialists to manage highrisk patients.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical degree and appropriate licensure.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
