Position Highlights
Job Type: FullTime Direct Hire
Practice Setting: 100% Outpatient
Call: Light phone call coverage shared across system practices
Compensation: $225000$300000 based on experience
Bonuses: Signon bonus productivity incentives
Relocation Assistance: Available

Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patientcentered primary care to patients of all ages (depending on specialty)
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records using an integrated EMR
Participate in preventive health initiatives and chronic disease management
Engage in continuous quality improvement activities
Qualifications
MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for New York State medical licensure
Passion for outpatient care and commitment to community wellness
