Compensation: $225000$300000 (based on experience) SignOn Bonus Student Loan Repayment

What Youll Do:
Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
Develop longterm relationships with patients of all ages (or adults if Internal Medicine)
Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals
Participate in minimal phone call rotation shared across system practices
Focus on preventative care chronic disease management and patient education
Qualifications:
MD or DO with Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for (or possess) a New York State medical license
Passion for communitybased care and patient advocacy
Excellent communication and clinical skills
