A Brief Overview
Under direction independently resolves complex patient accounts
What you will do
- Subject matter expert handles most complex issues performs audits.
- Ensure accurate collections. Ensures clean audit process.
- Provides excellent customer service
- Other duties as assigned
Education Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED Required
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
Experience Qualifications
- At least seven 7 years experience in Healthcare Collections Required
- At least eight 8 years experience in Healthcare Collections Preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent attention to detail organized computer skills strong analytical skills Special Projects Focus task detail oriented considered as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
