Position:Human Resources Manager FLSA status: salaried exempt
Reports to:Executive Director
Progressions Rehabilitation provides rehabilitation and residential services for individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) Spinal Cord Injuries and Neurological Disorders.
Summary:The Human Resources Manager provides support throughout the organization implementing HR strategies. This position is responsible for the interpretation and adherence of company policies employee relations recruitment training and development as well as benefits administration and records keeping.
