Become a key player in shaping the future of our people strategy across the Nordics! Were looking for a passionate and experienced HR professional to lead our HR operations and drive impactful change across Sweden Finland Denmark and Norway.

Location:Based in one of our Nordic locations with regular travel across the region to support our teams and business leaders.

Responsibilities

Your Role and How Youll Make a Difference:

AsSenior HR Manager Nordics youll lead our HR teams in Sweden and Finland and oversee HR operations in Denmark and Norway through trusted partners. Youll be the go-to expert for all things people-related in the region.

  • Lead and Inspire:Manage and develop HR teams driving performance engagement and growth.
  • Drive Change:Lead large-scale transformation initiatives and cultural improvements across the region.
  • Partner with Purpose:Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  • Champion Compliance:Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate policies.
  • Foster Relationships:Build strong partnerships with Works Councils and Union representatives.
  • Deliver Excellence:Oversee recruitment talent management compensation employee relations and more.
  • Collaborate Globally:Work closely with EMEA and global HR teams to implement corporate programs and initiatives.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role across multiple countries ideally in a manufacturing or matrixed multinational environment
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus
  • IT-savvy and experienced with HRIS systems
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the region
