ResponsibilitiesYour Role and How Youll Make a Difference:
AsSenior HR Manager Nordics youll lead our HR teams in Sweden and Finland and oversee HR operations in Denmark and Norway through trusted partners. Youll be the go-to expert for all things people-related in the region.
- Lead and Inspire:Manage and develop HR teams driving performance engagement and growth.
- Drive Change:Lead large-scale transformation initiatives and cultural improvements across the region.
- Partner with Purpose:Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Champion Compliance:Ensure adherence to local labor laws and corporate policies.
- Foster Relationships:Build strong partnerships with Works Councils and Union representatives.
- Deliver Excellence:Oversee recruitment talent management compensation employee relations and more.
- Collaborate Globally:Work closely with EMEA and global HR teams to implement corporate programs and initiatives.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters/MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a senior HR role across multiple countries ideally in a manufacturing or matrixed multinational environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices
- Fluent in Swedish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus
- IT-savvy and experienced with HRIS systems
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region
