The Role
As aFull Stack Engineer youll build and scale features across our Python Svelte and FastAPI stack. Your work will power thousands of compliance reviews daily shaping the future of AIdriven compliance. This is engineering that matters.
What Youll Be Doing
Architecting and developing new features in ourPython/Svelteplatform
Scaling ourFastAPIpoweredweb services
Seamlessly integrating enterprise client systems
Optimising PostgreSQLfor performance and efficiency
Leveling up our automated testing andCI/CD pipelines
Mentoring teammates and championing clean highquality code
What You Bring
Must Have:
3 years of full stack development experience
Proficiency inPythonandJavaScript
Experience with modern web frameworks and scalable architecture
Deep understanding ofPostgreSQLperformance tuning
A track record of building and shipping great software
Familiarity with search technologies
Nice to Have:
FastAPIandSvelteexperience
Startup or highgrowth experience
