Job Description

We are seeking a Remote Process Engineer to analyze design and optimize business or manufacturing processes to improve efficiency quality and performance. The ideal candidate will use datadriven approaches and engineering principles to identify bottlenecks reduce waste and implement sustainable process improvements. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure processes align with operational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current workflows systems or production processes to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and implement process enhancements using Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies

Collect and analyze performance data to support recommendations

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including operations quality and IT

Document process designs workflows and standard operating procedures

Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field

2 years of experience in process engineering manufacturing or business process optimization

Proficiency with process modeling tools and data analysis (e.g. Excel Minitab Visio)

Strong analytical problemsolving and project management skills

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement frameworks (certification preferred)

Effective communicator with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
