Job Description
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Bellville Cape Town Salary: R50 000 to R60 000 per month
Are you a dynamic and driven Maintenance Engineer passionate about keeping systems running at peak performance Were searching for an experienced professional who thrives in a fastpaced technical environmentsomeone who doesnt just fix machines but drives continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What Were Looking For:

Minimum in Mechanical Engineering

Senior Certificate / Grade 12
-
5 years relevant experience (steel manufacturing advantageous)

Proven leadership in managing artisan teams

Own reliable transport
Your Mission (Key Responsibilities):

Ensure all equipment uptime maintenance schedules and performance KPIs are met

Lead a highperforming maintenance team set priorities and solve technical challenges
-
Drive process improvements and cost control measures

Provide technical insight analyze data and generate innovative solutions
-
Train and develop your team in safe effective maintenance practices
You Bring:

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical troubleshooting ability

Advanced numeracy and data interpretation skills
-
Bilingual (Afrikaans & English) with toptier communication and people skills

Strategic thinking with a knack for managing under pressure
Hours:

07:00 16:00 Monday to Friday
