Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles and 1hour commute each way of one of the following Elevance Health PulsePoint locations:

  • Atlanta GA

  • Columbus/Midland GA

Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration community and connection with the minimum inoffice commitment for this role being 1 day in office per week.

The Provider Network Manager Sr. is responsible for local management of the value based Enhanced Personal Health Care (EPHC) payment innovation provider collaboration programs across the Commercial Medicaid and Medicare lines of business. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Provider recruitment and contracting to support successful valuebased arrangements to include downside risk financial terms.

  • Leads internal meetings with various business partners and external meetings with assigned providers.

  • Drives medical and behavioral health integration initiatives.

  • Functions as companys SME in payment innovation and cost and quality focused provider collaboration programs.

  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in cost and quality performance and engages appropriate resources to drive improved performance.

  • Analyzes financial and quality metric performance and reports to providers on a monthly or quarterly basis.

  • Guides providers to move into more mature payment programs assuming increasing levels of financial risk.

  • Engages in discussions with health system executives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in contracting provider relations provider servicing; experience must include prior contracting experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

  • Experience using financial models and analysis to negotiate rates with providers strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Value based contracting experience with professional groups and Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) strongly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Medicare focused cost and quality performancebased programs strongly preferred.
