JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealer Network Development: Identify appoint and nurture relationships with dealers to expand market reach and ensure optimal product availability.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand customer needs competitor activities and market trends using this information to inform sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers including builders contractors applicators architects and approving authorities to drive business growth.
Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor sales performance regularly prepare detailed reports on sales activities and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Product Promotion: Ensure that product quality and benefits are effectively communicated to clients and influencers through presentations demonstrations and promotional activities.
Inventory Management: Work with channel partners to ensure they maintain adequate inventory levels of Walplast and allied products. Resource Allocation: Optimize the deployment of resources including talent time and promotional activities to achieve the desired return on investment.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure complete compliance with the companys reporting requirements maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.

Requirements
Any building material with Dealer and distributor handling experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management Customer Centricity, Critical Thinking, Planning & Organising, Nimble Learning
