Position Summary

The Financial Analysis Manager for Business Development for Oak View Group operates not only within the Business Development Team but crossfunctionally across Corporate Finance and Operations.

This role is focused on managing the proforma development to evaluate potential deals and analyze bottomline impact. The position is responsible for managing financial analysis and strategic planning for new business / business development contract management support responding to RFPs and existing business renewals. Duties will include evaluation of new business opportunities investments and other strategic finance and variance analysis across the companys businesses and geographies.

This position operates in a fastpaced environment (we are a resultsoriented team!.across primarily venue management and hospitality / food services. To perform this jobsuccessfully an individual should be able to execute the following Responsibilities withenergy enthusiasm and ideally a great sense of humor.

The Financial Analysis Manager for Business Development is ready to roll up their sleeves and uses their strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. In addition to using their advanced analytics to optimize financial reporting initiatives the Financial Analysis Manager for Business Development will institute a culture of confidence and precision.

This role pays an annual salary of $115000 to $135000 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage aspects of financial analysis projects and statistical studies for the Department and Company (deal terms historic deals and upcoming business development opportunities figure prominently).
  • Leads and supports the creation of processes for the department and its stakeholders.
  • Supports conversations regarding Proforma with potential clients on casebycase basis during RFP process.
  • Partner with division heads to oversee the financial side of new business opportunities and support all Business Development Initiatives.
  • Manage pro forma development in response to RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Business Development team in deal terms with a focus on maximizing return on investment.
  • Develop financial projections for RFP responses and account renewals by building financial projections preopening budgets deal terms and other required analyses.
  • Assist the VP in budgeting forecasting and Capital variance tracking.
  • Manage / track the Contract database.
  • Assistance with a wide range of additional special projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate FP&A business development investment banking or a consulting role supporting a matrixed organization.
  • BS. in Accounting or Finance from a fouryear college or university.
  • High proficiency in Excel dealbased modeling.
  • Excellent math skills; high aptitude for figures.
  • Highly developed interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic and engaging individual who listens well is responsive solutions & data focused and results oriented.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Meticulous attentiontodetail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with ability to establish productive working relationships with executives and staff in other departments as well as leading cross functional working teams.
