Job summary:

With a heavy organic growth orientation the Business Development Manager will be the primary individual responsible for the overall success of one or more of our Enterprise clients including endtoend ownership of clients revenue and margin growth. The position will drive the Strategic Account strategy collaborating with all of the resources required to succeed.

Your role in our mission:

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone by email and in person.
  • Handling customer questions inquiries and complaints.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meeting daily weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Participating in sales team meetings.

Valued skills and experience:

  • A strong track record in account managing major global Banking Financial Services and Insurance customers
  • Significant experience in solution sales with the ability to design and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Exceptional Communication verbal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills especially at the senior level.
  • A solid understanding of the global business environment.
  • Experience in selling complex solutions to large organizations.
  • A proven ability to establish and maintain relationships at the Clevel.
