Job Description
NIGHT SHIFT : MONDAY FRIDAY FROM 9:00PM 5:30AM This is work supervising and assisting custodian 2s and custodian 1s in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of all flooring types in all Downtown Campus LSUHSC buildings requiring: Knowledge of supervisory principles and practices. Knowledge of institutional floor care and maintenance procedures Knowledge of institutional cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Knowledge of operator service and use of commercialgrade housekeeping equipment. Ability to supervise people. Ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to determine work priorities assign work and insure proper completion of work assignments. Ability to utilize problem solving techniques. Ability to understand and apply LSUHSC rules regulations policies and procedures.
