Curriculum Lead: Computing
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: 41859 with the potential for an additional market forces uplift for the ideal candidate
We have an opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to work with our Curriculum Manager as a Curriculum Lead with responsibility for Computing.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring learners quality of education is exceptional and that they are supported to achieve and exceed their potential.
You will drive high expectations and aspirations for the defined area of provision. To oversee the relevant sections related to personal development and to work to make improvements as and when necessary.
As a Curriculum Lead you should:
Hold a relevant teaching qualification
Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject area
Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area
Evidence of effective tracking and monitoring of a wide range of students on a range of different programmes
You should also be able to demonstrate:
Teaching delivery in Computing levels 1 3 including TLevels
Experience of curriculum design and delivery
Experience of developing and maintaining strong employer relationships
Proven track record of achievements of targets within budget and on time
Experience of pastoral duties and/or personal develop lead
