Internet Sales Representative Southaven Honda
Location: Southaven MS
Position: Internet Sales Representative
Employment Type: FullTime
Southaven Honda is looking to add motivated and experienced Internet Sales Representatives to our dynamic sales team. If youre a techsavvy resilient sales professional with a passion for customer service we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and sell vehicles from our CRM portfolio ensuring prompt and professional communication with leads.
- Follow up on companygenerated internet leads to convert them into sales.
- Engage with potential customers via email chat and phone providing a high level of customer service.
- Maintain uptodate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and typing efficiency.
- Previous sales experience preferably in automotive or internet sales.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism patience and enthusiasm.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- A resilient and positive attitude ready to tackle challenges in a fastpaced environment.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
