One area of particular strong performance is Konecranes Industrial Door Services and due to increasing numbers of customers we are recruiting Industrial Door Engineers/Technicians to join our fieldbased team in the West Midlands area of the UK (Shrewsbury Coventry Worcester).
The purpose of this role is to install service and maintain industrial doors and docking equipment within the South East of the UK.
This role reports into the Operations Manager.
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills and attributes:
- Apprenticetrained/timeserved/fitters mate route or equivalent (i.e. electrically NVQ level 3 in a maintenance or installationrelated field
- Basic electrical knowledge essential
- Knowledge and/or experience of hydraulics preferred but not essential
- Experienced within the industrial door or related industry such as traffic gates/barriers.
- Ability to work at height
- IT literate
- UK drivers licence essential
